Northern Lights Adventure for Two
Terms and conditions
- Travel class: Flights are Icelandair economy-class from Icelandair destinations only; connecting flights and extra airfare are not included.
- Travel dates: Travel must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. Eligible travel dates run from late August to mid-April, in line with the Northern Lights season in Iceland. Peak travel periods and holidays may be excluded.
- Northern Lights disclaimer: Northern Lights sightings are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed.
- Weather conditions: All outdoor activities depend on weather and operational conditions. Substitutions may be made if needed.
- Non-transferable prize: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
- One entry per person: Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.
- Winner notification: The winner will be contacted by email. If the winner does not respond within a specified timeframe (e.g., 72 hours), Perlan reserves the right to select a new winner.
- Identification: Valid identification and any required travel documents are the responsibility of the winner and their companion.
- Accommodation: Room type and accommodation provider are determined by Perlan.
- Changes to itinerary: Perlan reserves the right to adjust the experience itinerary if necessary due to availability or safety.
- No additional costs: The prize does not include personal expenses, meals (unless specified), travel insurance, or airport transfers unless explicitly stated.
- Marketing consent: By entering, participants agree to receive the Perlan – Wonders of Iceland newsletter; they may unsubscribe at any time.
